Which Therapy?

I offer three alternative therapies, namely hypnotherapy, Reiki and Stress-Counselling .

HYPNOTHERAPY IS BEST WHEN:

1. You have a single specific issue that you wish to deal with

2. You are determined to be rid of your problem

3. You are open-minded and willing to be led

4. You are prepared to carry out instructions in your own time

STRESS - COUNSELLING IS BEST WHEN:

1. Your problem is specifically to do with stress and anxiety

2. You like to reach solutions by debate and trading ideas

3. You are analytical and/or opinionated and like to be in full control

4. You are prepared to try out new techniques and methods

REIKI IS BEST WHEN:

1. You are spiritual and open-minded in outlook

2. You have no issues about being touched

3. You are seeking an holistic solution to your problems

4. You do not wish to "open-up" and/or are not up to any form of "homework"

5. You are convalescing from a major illness or surgery

6. You are seeking palliative therapy
